So natural, you forget it was ever in another language
earned across campaigns that aired through Lipsmatch for India’s most-loved brands
Technology demo · not client work
Ten titles. Sixteen languages. The same face throughout.
Scenes you can already hear in your head, run through Lipsmatch to show what it does. Every tile keeps flipping to another language; tap one to take it to the next.
These are our own technology demonstrations. We cut them on films you already know so you can watch lipsmatch against a performance you remember. See every version, with sound
You’re watching one film. It plays in full, then replays in the next language, lips matching every word. Tap the film for sound; tap a language to watch it in that one.
A story is only as big as the languages it speaks
The film you finished already works. The only thing standing between it and a few hundred million more viewers is the language on your actors’ lips. Lipsmatch removes exactly that, and touches nothing else.
Dubbing solved the sound almost a century ago; the picture never caught up. The voice changed, the lips didn’t, and every audience could tell. Lipsmatch is the missing half of dubbing: give us your master and a dub in any language, and we re-animate every speaking mouth to that language, frame-accurate, identity intact, ready for broadcast. Your blocking, your light, your cut, your actor’s take, all of it survives. The film simply starts speaking to people it couldn’t reach before.
What do you need it to do?
One technology, six ways to use it. Every one of them starts from the film you already have.
Every Language
One shoot becomes every market’s film. Twelve languages have already aired from single masters, out of 90+ we support, lips matching every word.
Voice Translation
No dub yet? We produce it. The star’s own voice speaks the new language, with the delivery of the original take.
Dialogue Replacement
Change a spoken line after the shoot. The mouth matches the new words, so the fix is invisible on screen.
Films & TV Shows
Features, series and documentaries that play native in every territory. Dubbing your audience can watch.
Censorship Edits
The censor’s asks, handled in post. A word swapped on the lips keeps the scene whole, with no jump cut.
Personalization
One master becomes a version for every city, name and offer, spoken to camera by the same talent.
See the work
Campaigns that aired nationally, with reels you can watch beat by beat. The proof comes first here.
The take is sacred. We move nothing but the mouth.
Every discipline on a film has something it will not let anyone touch. Here is our promise to each of them.
The smirk, the pause, the comic timing you fought for in take nine, all of it carries through. We sync the mouth; we never re-act the scene
Your light, your grade, your grain, your movement, untouched. Only the mouth region is rebuilt, and it is judged frame by frame against your original
Every language ships as a cut-to-cut master against your original. No re-conform, no drift, nothing moves on the timeline
Teeth, beard, skin texture, the face stays unmistakably theirs. Voice recreation runs on the approvals you already hold, so they can speak every language themselves
One approved master is all we need. Adding a language takes days of post instead of another shoot on the calendar
No mismatched mouth, no eyes dropping to subtitles. The film plays as if it was shot in their mother tongue, because on screen, it was
Every number below comes from campaigns and films that actually aired, through the same technology driving every demo on this site.
Your toughest scenes, handled.
Real films are harder: objects blocking the mouth, several actors in one frame, changing camera angles, low light, a moving camera, fast dialogue, and films watched in 4K. Eighteen finished outputs below, mixing campaigns we delivered with technology demos cut on films you already know. The ones marked demo are our own, not client work.
It works like a post house, because it is one
No new workflow to learn, no pipeline to change. You hand off a master the way you already hand off to sound or grade, and you approve what comes back.
How a film becomes twelve
Send the master
One approved film is all we need. Bring your own dubs, or we produce them with the star’s own voice recreated by our technology, running on the approvals you already hold.
Lipsmatch re-animates
Every speaking face is tracked and its mouth rebuilt to the new track, frame by frame, language by language, while the rest of your frame stays untouched.
You approve, it airs
Human eyes review every close-up before you see it. You receive broadcast-ready masters per language, cut-to-cut with your original, and nothing ships without your sign-off.
Every market, in its mother tongue
Twelve languages have already shipped through Lipsmatch on national releases, and we support 90+ languages and accents: if you can record the dub, we can put it on the lips. English, Spanish, Arabic, French, Mandarin and more, 90+ languages and accents worldwide.
Send us a scene. We’ll send it back speaking another language.
No pitch deck, no commitment. Share one scene from your film and the language you want it in, and see the result for yourself.
Lipsmatch questions
What is Lipsmatch?
Lipsmatch is a proprietary technology for film, built by Insanely Elegant. Give it one master film and a dubbed audio track in any language, and it re-animates every speaking mouth in the frame to that language, frame-accurate and broadcast-ready. The performance, the faces and the edit stay exactly as shot; only the language changes.
How is Lipsmatch different from a normal dub?
In a traditional dub the voice changes but the lips keep speaking the original language, and every viewer feels the mismatch. Lipsmatch rebuilds the mouth movements to match the new track syllable by syllable, so the film looks like it was originally shot in each language.
What languages does Lipsmatch support?
Twelve languages have already shipped on national campaigns, out of the 90+ languages and accents we support: Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Assamese and Odia. The engine supports 90+ languages and accents: if you can record the dub, we can put it on the lips.
Does it work on celebrity films and close-ups?
Yes, that is where it earns its keep. Identity details such as teeth, beard and skin texture are preserved, and celebrity work receives frame-by-frame human finishing before delivery, so a face the whole country knows still looks exactly like themselves in every language.
Can it handle difficult footage, fast cuts, multiple people, outdoor light?
Yes. The campaigns on this site include rapid comedy dialogue cut on the beat, two performers trading lines in one shot, and a spoon crossing an actor’s mouth mid-line. Lipsmatch tracks each speaking face individually through angle changes, moving cameras and changing light, and leaves the rest of the frame untouched.
Is the output really broadcast-quality?
Yes. Deliverables ship as full-resolution, cut-to-cut broadcast masters that pass network QC, the same pipeline behind 75+ masters delivered for national brands. Every close-up is reviewed by human eyes before anything leaves the studio.
Do you also produce the dubbed voices?
We can. Bring your own dubs, or we produce them for you: our technology recreates your star’s own voice so they speak every language themselves, and translation is supervised throughout. Voice work runs on the approvals the production already holds. Write to [email protected] to try Lipsmatch on one scene of your film.
What is the technology behind Lipsmatch?
Under the hood, Lipsmatch runs on machine-learning models refined across national broadcast campaigns, wrapped in a post-production pipeline with frame-by-frame human finishing. Voice and likeness work runs on the approvals the production already holds.
