75+ Broadcast masters delivered
500M+ Views across our ad campaigns

The result your clients get

Britannia shot this 50-50 Golmaal film in Hindi, and it ran in IPL primetime. Here it plays in Odia. Tap Original to hear the Odia dub on a mouth that still speaks Hindi. Tap Lipsmatch. This is what you hand your client, without our brand.

How white label and volume plans work

Use white label, a volume plan, or both. Each one lets you sell every language version of a video as part of your own service.

White label. The masters come back to you unbranded. You deliver them to your client as your own work.

Volume plans. We agree with you on the hours of finished video each month, the languages and a set rate. We deliver in regular batches, so your clients get their versions on a steady schedule.

White label works on a single job. A volume plan suits partners who send work every month.

What you can sell to your clients

Both partner options cover our two services, in any mix across your clients.

Lipsmatch

Lipsmatch with dubbing

Who our partner terms are for

Partners bring steady video work from their own clients.

  • Ad agencies. Sell every language version of a client's campaign film as part of your own service.
  • Production houses. Add language versions to your production quote. Your client reaches every market with the film you shot.
  • Post houses and dubbing studios. Keep the voice and mix work you already do. We match the mouth to your dub and return the master to you.
  • Talent managers. Offer the people you represent their videos in more languages, in their own voice. We work only with the approvals they have given.
  • Multi-channel networks and creator agencies. Bring new languages to the channels you manage, with one volume plan for the whole roster. Each channel gets a finished video for every language, ready to post as a new upload.

How a partnership starts

Start with one scene. You see the result before you agree on terms.

Getting started

01

Tell us about your work

Who your clients are, the videos they make and the languages they ask for.

02

Test one scene

Send one scene from a client film, and name the language. We send it back in that language, with the mouth matched, at no cost and with no commitment.

03

Agree on terms

Choose white label, a volume plan or both. We agree on the hours, the languages and the rate.

04

Send work as it comes

Send masters as your clients approve them. We deliver on the schedule your plan sets.

How files and approvals move

You stay between us and your client at every step.

  1. You send the master. The finished film as delivered, and the languages it needs. A link is enough.
  2. You send the dub or the script. Send the dub for each language. For Lipsmatch with dubbing, send the script, and the music and effects track if you have it.
  3. You confirm the approvals. Tell us what your client's approvals cover for the voice and face on screen. We work only within them.
  4. We make and check each language. Our team checks every version before it leaves us.
  5. You get unbranded masters. One master for each language, matched to the original cut, ready to send under your name.
  6. Your client signs off with you. Any change request comes to us through you.

Partner questions

Can we offer lip sync dubbing to our clients under our own name?

Yes. That is our white label option. Every master comes back unbranded, so your client sees only your name. You set the price your client pays, and Lipsmatch stays out of sight.

Will you ever contact our client?

We talk only to your team. Briefs, notes and sign-off pass through you, and every master comes back to you. If a film raises a question, we ask you, and you decide what goes to your client. We are glad to sign your NDA, or your client's, before you share anything, and only the people on your project can open the files.

Do you work with our dub, or do you make the voice too?

Both. With Lipsmatch, you bring a dub in any language and we match the speaker's mouth to it. With Lipsmatch with dubbing, we also translate your client's script into the new language. Then we recreate the speaker's own voice to say it, with the delivery of the original.

How does pricing work for agency volume?

A volume plan gives you a set rate for an agreed number of hours each month, billed monthly. The rate depends on those hours, the languages, the service and how many people speak on screen. Tell us about your work, and we reply with terms for it.

Do you offer video dubbing for multi-channel networks?

Yes. One volume plan can cover every channel you manage. Each Lipsmatch version changes the picture, so the mouth matches the new words. Your channels publish it as a new upload, for example on a language channel. With Lipsmatch with dubbing, viewers hear the creator's own recreated voice.

Can we see a test on our own footage first?

Yes. Send one scene from a client film, and name the language. Add a note on what your client's approvals cover. We return the scene in that language, with the mouth matched, at no cost and with no commitment. You see it before your client sees anything. Then we agree on terms.

Who gets the approvals from the actor or celebrity?

Your client holds them, through its agreement with the talent. We work only with the approvals your client already has for the voice and face on screen. When you send a film, tell us what they cover, such as the languages and where the film will run.

How do we keep each client's brand terms the same in every language?

Send us the words that must stay the same, such as product names and taglines. When we make the dub, our team checks each translated script against that list and keeps it for that client's next films.
