Lipsmatch Business leaders
CEO video messages in every language, in the leader's own voice
Send us the recording and the languages your offices speak. We translate the leader's script. Your comms or legal team approves it. Our technology recreates the leader's voice in each language. Then we match the mouth to every new word. You get one video for each language.
See an English film speak Hindi
Britannia filmed this Bourbon ad in English and aired it in Hindi. Tap Original. You hear the Hindi dub, but the mouth still says the English words. Tap Lipsmatch. Now the mouth says every Hindi word. We match your leader's mouth in the same way.
When one message has to reach every office
A leadership message works best when people hear it from the leader, in the language they think in.
Many companies record a CEO message or a town hall in English or Hindi. A town hall is a meeting for all staff. Then the same file goes to every site. A sales team in Chennai, a plant in Pune and an office in Dubai all watch it. Some people follow every word. Others follow only part of it. Later, their managers explain the rest.
Lipsmatch gives every office the same message in its own language. Staff see the real leader in the footage you filmed. They hear the leader's own voice, recreated in their language. This is AI video translation with lip sync. We do the work, and our team checks every version.
Town halls, CEO updates and more, in every language
Any recording where a leader speaks to camera can go out in each office's language.
Staff who watch the recording later hear the leader speak their language
One message reaches every office with the same words in each language
A new structure or policy goes out in each language, exactly as legal approved it
People who work away from a desk hear the leader in the language they work in
New staff meet the leader in their own language from their first day
A founder's video reaches new markets as a new upload in each language
4 steps from one recording to every office
Your team approves twice. First you approve the translated script. Then you approve the finished video.

Tell us about the release
Send the final recording, the languages and the release date. Also send the script and a list of names, products and acronyms.
Your team approves the script
Our translators speak each language. They translate the script and check each line against the original. Your comms or legal team marks changes and approves it. If legal already approved a translation, we use it.
Voice first, then the mouth
Our technology recreates the leader's voice. That voice speaks the approved script in each language. Then we match the mouth to every new word. The rest of the shot stays as you filmed it.
You release it
Our team watches each version before you get it. You approve each language. Then you send it out on your own channels.
What legal, brand and security teams ask first
Here are short answers to their first questions.
| Approvals for voice and face | We work only with the approvals you already have for the leader's voice and face. |
|---|---|
| The script | Your comms or legal team approves it before we make the voice. |
| The finished video | You approve each language before it goes out. |
| The recreated voice | We use it only for your project. |
| Where the files go | We send the finished files to your team. You decide where and when they go out. |
| Security questions | Ask us before you send a file. We answer your security team directly. |

Live captions, a voice-only dub or AI lip sync
Live captions suit the meeting itself. For the recording that staff watch later, compare 3 options.
| Question | Lipsmatch | Live translated captions | A voice-only dub |
|---|---|---|---|
| What staff hear | Their own language, in the leader's voice | The original language | Their own language |
| What staff see | The leader speaking their language | The leader, with text to read | A mouth that still speaks the original |
| Who checks the words | Your team approves the script and the video | Software, live, as the leader speaks | It depends on who makes it |
| Best for | Recorded messages with the leader on camera | The live town hall | Audio, or video where the face is small |

What to have ready before you send
Send what you have, and we ask for the rest.
- The final recording. The best file you have, exactly as it will go out. A download link is fine.
- The script or transcript. We translate from it, so the words stay exact. Add any translations that legal already approved.
- Names and terms. Product names, team names, acronyms and words that stay in English. Tell us how to say each one.
- Your reviewers. The people in comms, legal or brand who approve the script and the videos. One reviewer who speaks each language helps most.
- Dubs you already have. If an agency already recorded the translations, send them. We match the mouth to each one.
Monthly plans for regular leadership video
A monthly plan suits companies whose leaders speak to camera every month.
We agree with you on the hours of finished video and the languages for each month. You get the versions in batches through the month. You pay one bill each month.
One plan can cover the quarterly town hall, the monthly CEO update and a founder's posts on LinkedIn.
If an agency runs your internal comms, it can work with us as a partner. The agency then gets the files without the Lipsmatch name.

CEO message translation questions
Can we translate a town hall video into Hindi and regional languages?
Yes. Our aired campaign work already covers 12 languages: Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Assamese and Odia. We support 90+ languages and accents in all. Offices abroad can get their own version too. Send the recording and your list of offices. We plan the languages with you.
Can Microsoft Teams translate a town hall?
Yes. Teams can show live translated captions during the meeting. Staff read them while the leader speaks the original language. For the recording, Lipsmatch makes one version for each language. In it, the leader speaks that language in their own voice.
Can our comms and legal teams approve each language before release?
Yes. Your team approves the translated script before we make the voice. Then your team approves each finished video. If legal already approved a translation, we use it. We also follow your list of product names, acronyms and terms that stay in English.
How fast can a town hall recording be ready in other languages?
It depends on the length, the number of languages and how fast your team approves the script. When you send the video, tell us the release date. We agree on a schedule with you before we start. Also send the original script. With the script, we skip the step of typing up the words.
Is it safe to recreate our CEO's voice with AI?
Safety here depends on 2 things: clear approvals and careful file handling. We work only with the approvals you already have for the leader's voice and face. We use the recreated voice only for your project. We send the finished files only to your team. Before you send anything, your security team can ask us how we handle files.
Do we need to label a CEO video translated with AI?
It depends on where you publish, so ask your legal team. In the EU, Article 50 of the AI Act applies from 2 August 2026. If you share a lifelike video of a person that AI made or changed, it asks you to say so. In India, IT rules from February 2026 ask platforms to label AI video that looks real. We suggest a short line with the video. For example: Translated with AI. The CEO's voice is recreated, with the company's approval.
Which is better for staff, an AI avatar or the real CEO?
For a leadership message, we suggest the real CEO. Staff know the leader's face, voice and name. An AI avatar is a presenter that software makes. It suits training clips where no one person has to speak. With Lipsmatch, the CEO stays in the footage you filmed. The CEO speaks each language in their own voice.
Can I post my LinkedIn or YouTube videos in other languages as myself?
Yes. You get a separate video file for each language. Post it as a new upload on LinkedIn or on your website. On YouTube, use a channel or a playlist for that language. A second audio track on YouTube changes only the sound. Your mouth still speaks the original language. In the Lipsmatch version, your followers hear your recreated voice and see your mouth say each word.
