Lipsmatch Agencies and production houses
Lip sync dubbing for agencies, delivered under your name
Send us your client's approved ad and the languages. Bring dubs from any studio. Or we make them in the talent's own recreated voice, with the approvals you already have. We match the mouth to every word. You get one unbranded broadcast master for each language.
Watch one aired ad, before and after Lipsmatch
This 50-50 Golmaal film for Britannia was shot in Hindi. The Telugu voice is the client's own dub. Tap Original to hear that dub on the Hindi mouth. Tap Lipsmatch to see the mouth match every Telugu word. The campaign's 4 films became 36 broadcast masters in 9 languages. It ran in IPL primetime.
One approved film, and a media plan in many languages
A brand approves one film. Then the media plan asks for it in every state where the brand sells. Often all the versions air on the same date.
Regional audiences want ads in their own language. The FICCI-EY 2026 report says most content made in India is now in regional languages.
A plain dub puts a Tamil voice on a mouth that still speaks Hindi. Viewers see it in every close-up. A new shoot for each market means more days with the talent, more crew and more edits to approve.
Lipsmatch keeps the approved film. We change only the mouth to match each dub. Each version looks as if it was shot in that language. You stay the agency of record. We work behind you.
Production houses can use us the same way. You shoot once, and each language version comes from that shoot.
What your agency gets
Each file comes back to your team first, ready for your review.
No file shows the Lipsmatch name, so your client sees each master as your agency's work
Send dubs from any studio, or let us translate the client's script and recreate the talent's voice
Full-resolution files with the same edit and length as the approved film, ready for channel QC
The full film and each shorter edit come back matched, one master for each length and language
Expressions, light, grade and timing stay exactly as your client approved them
Our team checks every close-up in every language before a file reaches you
How AI lip sync works on an agency job
You brief us the way you brief a sound or grading studio. We do the work and send back finished masters.
How it works for agencies
You send the film
Send the approved master, the languages and the airdates. Add every cut-down length and any dubs the client already has. One link is enough to start.
We prepare the dub
If you have dubs, we work from them. If not, we translate the approved script into each language and check it. Then our technology recreates the talent's own voice to speak it.
We match the mouth
We change the mouth of every speaking face to fit each new word, frame by frame. The rest of the frame stays as shot.
You approve and deliver
Our team checks each version first. You review and approve every language. Then you send the masters to your client under your name.
Which service fits the job: your dub or our AI dubbing
Both services end with one finished master for each language. They differ in who makes the dub.
| Question | Your client has dubs | Your client needs dubs |
|---|---|---|
| The service | Lipsmatch | Lipsmatch with dubbing |
| Who translates the script | Your team or your dubbing studio | Our team translates your client's script and checks it |
| Whose voice is heard | The voice on your dub | The talent's own voice, recreated by our technology |
| What we do | Match the mouth to every word of your dub | Recreate the voice for the translated script, then match the mouth |
| Approvals you need | For the face on screen | For the voice and the face on screen |
| Best for | Campaigns with dubs already made and approved | New campaigns where the talent speaks every language |

What to send with a brief
One approved film is enough for a first look. For a full job, these help us match your client's standards.
- Your NDA, or your client's. We are glad to sign it before you send the master. Files travel encrypted and stay in secure storage, and only the people on your job can open them.
- The approved master. The graded film you delivered to the client, at full resolution.
- The dubs. One mixed track for each language, if the client already has them.
- The music and effects track. If we make the dub, we need it or the audio stems.
- The script and the brand words. Product names, the tagline and any line that must stay the same in every language.
- The airdate and the cut-downs. The launch date, and every length you need, from the full film to the shortest cut.
- The approvals. What the talent agreement covers: the languages, the media and the period.
White label and volume plans for agencies
Start with one film. If the work becomes steady, we can agree on a partner plan.
White label means the masters come back without our brand. Your client hears only from your agency. You present the work as your own.
A volume plan sets the hours of finished video each month and the rate for them. It suits agencies that run language versions for several brands every month.
We agree on terms with each partner. Production houses and post houses can join on the same terms.

Agency questions
Can we offer localization as a service to our clients?
Yes. Lipsmatch can work behind your agency as a white label service. Your team briefs us. We send back masters without our brand. You present them to your client as your own. You keep the client relationship from brief to delivery. We agree on terms with each partner, and you can start with one film.
How do I localize a TV commercial into regional languages?
Start from the approved film. Plan 3 steps for each language. First, translate the approved script to fit the timing of every line. Second, record a voice to speak it. The voice can come from your dubbing studio. Or we recreate the talent's own voice, with the approvals you already have. Third, match the mouth to the new words. Lipsmatch does the last step, or all 3.
Is the output broadcast-grade enough for clients to sign off?
Yes. We delivered 75+ broadcast masters on national campaigns. The Bourbon campaign aired across India in 9 languages. You get each language at full resolution, cut to the approved edit. Our team checks each close-up. Then your team reviews each version. Your client sees only what you approved.
Where can we see examples of localized ads?
The Telugu film on this page shows one 50-50 Golmaal ad before and after Lipsmatch. Our work page shows more aired Britannia campaigns. Bourbon aired in 9 languages, the Good Day films in 11 and the Golmaal films in 9. The language pages show the films one language at a time. You can share the right one with each client.
Can the spot be ready in every market by launch?
Yes, if the plan leaves time for each approval round. Put the airdate for each market and every cut-down length in your brief. Before work starts, we agree on a delivery plan with you. It includes your review and your client's approval. If markets launch on different dates, we plan the languages in that order. Ask us for timing on your job.
How much does lip sync dubbing cost for an agency?
We quote each film after we see it. The quote covers the length, the languages and the speaking faces. It also depends on who makes the dubs. For steady work, a volume plan gives you a set rate for agreed hours each month. You set the price you charge your client. What dubbing costs explains each part.
Who handles the talent's approval and the AI label?
Your client or your agency holds the talent agreements. We recreate a voice or change a face only with the approvals you already have. Make sure that the agreement covers each language and medium. The rules on labels for AI video are changing in India and in the EU. Rules for AI dubbing explains what applies today.
Do you work with a dub made by another studio?
Yes. Lipsmatch takes a dub in any language, from any studio. We change the mouth to match every word. The Telugu film on this page is one example. It uses the client's own dub, matched frame by frame. Your dubbing studio keeps its part of the job.
